Un pò scarsa l'organizzazione della colazione (buffet sempre da rifornire, e ogni giorno ho dovuto chiedere il latte caldo, perchè il cameriere non passava mai!). I will 100% return to this hotel - very nice persons at reception and really enthusiastics tourist guide taking us for a wonderful and nice trip with small van even due to rainy weather. Keep going. Keine Auswahl an Speisen, nur Menü, Sehr geehrter Herr Amberg, es tut uns sehr leid, dass Sie Ihren Urlaub bei uns nicht genießen konnten. Während Ihres Aufenthaltes hatten wir eine sehr große Gruppe bei uns im Hotel, es war eine Firmenreise und wir hatten uns nicht ein derartiges Verhalten erwartet. Wir haben mehrmals in dieser Woche den Verantwortlichen der Gruppe ermahnt und die Probleme von denen Sie sprechen wurden hauptsächlich von den Begleitern / Animateuren der Gruppe verursacht. Auch Nachts wurde die Gruppe mehrmals ermahnt, wenn sich andere Gäste beschwert haben. Unsere Rezeption ist bis 24.00 Uhr geöffnet und nach dieser Uhrzeit ist immer jemand von der Direktion, unter der (internationalen) Nummer der Rezeption 9, erreichbar. Wir möchten uns bei Ihnen entschuldigen und Sie zu einem Aufenthalt von 3 Tagen im Hotel Bellavista, als unser Gast, einladen, damit wir Ihnen unseren echten Stil der Gastfreundschaft zeigen können. Wir hoffen auf eine positive Nachricht Ihrerseits und erwarten Ihre baldige Antwort.
