For a winter devoted to wellness in the country and in the mountains

Val di Non is located in the North-Western area of Trentino region. Surrounded by majestic mountains, it features three plateaux with gentle slopes and deep gorges cut by the Noce stream. The largest gorge is taken by Lake Santa Giustina, which is an artificial basin shaped by a dam. The area offers noble traces of ancient history, such as castles, frescoed buildings, elegant mansions and sacred buildings, one of the most beautiful of which is the picturesque San Romedio sanctuary.

Wintertime in Val di Non is the time for alternative snow sports, such as the famous "Ciaspolada", a race on snowshoes that attracts thousands of participants of all ages. At the end of a busy day on the snow, there is nothing better than enjoying relax in comfortable, corroborating wellness centres.
Cross-country ski-trails are available on the plateau of Predaia and at Ruffré at Regole. Mendola Pass and on the Predaia plateau feature lifts for downhill skiing and snowboarding, and they are also lit for night skiing.

Val di Non is a wonderful holiday spot for families with children, for it boasts numerous attractions, such as the Nevelandia game park on Monte Roen and horse-drawn sleds.

Here you can live in close contact with farm life surrounded by spectacular mountain panoramas, and enjoy typical foods such as "mortandela" (smoked pork meatballs rolled in corn flour), "Trentingrana" cheese and, of course, the famous, delicious apples.

Car:
Accessible from both north and south by means of the Brennero highway SS 12 or the A22 motorway (exit San Michele all'Adige); alternatively from the south, leave the A22 from the Trento Nord exit and take the new Trento Nord-Rocchetta fast link towards Mezzolombardo. Continue on the highway SS 43.

Public transport:
The nearest railway station is Trento (Munich-Rome, Valsugana-Trento-Venice); train Trento-Malé.

Airplane:
The nearest airports are Catullo in Verona (90 km distance), Marco Polo in Venice (195 km), Milano Linate (245 km), Orio al Serio in Bergamo (180 km), Gabriele d'Annunzio in Brescia (135 km) and the new airport in Bolzano (60 km).
