WELCOME!
On arrival in the hotel you will be given a warm welcome by a member of staff who will take care of you and tell you about all the facilities and activities for the whole family.
THE ROOMS
Spacious rooms of different types catering to different needs are guaranteed to make you feel at home. Whether in a family room, a suite or in connecting rooms... adults and children will find everything they need for a comfortable stay: cots and baby changing tables, children's beds with safety rails, bottle warmers, baby baths, etc.
MEALS
There are special menus for children, which they can eat off their very own plates and dishes. Colourful napkins and bibs and high chairs are also provided, as well as drawing materials to keep the children occupied while waiting for their food to arrive! The restaurants offer delicious regional specialities made with natural, local products, and special menus are available for those with food intolerances or allergies. Meals may also be taken before the scheduled opening time of the restaurant.

PLAY AREAS AND ORGANISED GAMES
Safe, colourful and cheerful play areas with lots of games for children of all ages: children can play with qualified activity organisers, leaving Mum and Dad free to relax with peace of mind. The Miniclub is open 6 days a week during the Christmas and New Year period and in July and August, for children over 3 years of age. There is also a babysitting service for infants, at extra cost.
MEDICAL ASSISTANCE
A small, first-aid pharmacy is available and, if needed, staff will be able to tell you where the nearest duty paediatrician, pharmacy, hospital and medical centre are.
RESPECT THE ENVIRONMENT
We take environmental sustainability seriously and respect nature as far as possible by recycling rubbish where we can, using recycled paper, fitting energy and water saving devices, avoiding wasteful use of detergents and by choosing bio-degradable products.
OTHER SERVICES
Baby buggies, daypacks, snow shoes and Nordic Walking poles are all available/on request while supplies last, for family walks and excursions, as well as all the necessary equipment for learners and experts in various sports: skiing, mountain biking, sailing, windsurfing, etc.
