A long-standing tradition repeated every year during Advent in various localities of Trentino.
Christmastime brings back the magical atmosphere of the street markets, with a spectacular display of lights, music, colours, games and flavours. Strolling around the delightful wooden huts you can find many treasures of exquisite craftsmanship.
The markets are also places where you can discover and taste the Trentino food and wine, offered and “illustrated” by top class chefs and sommeliers. Everything is animated with music, Christmas carols and improvisations for the kids.

CHRISTMAS MARKETS IN TRENTO

The stalls hosted in the enchanting setting of Piazza Fiera offer a vast array of items for all sorts of original gifts and many Trentino gastronomic specialities like carne salada, strudel, tortel di patate and canederli, besides the inviting mulled wine and parampampoli.
Streets and squares are enlivened with events and concerts.

Christmas brings twinkling lights to the lanes and so-called ‘vòlt’ of one of the Most Beautiful Villages of Italy. Stalls brimming with items of delicious food, wine and handcrafts. Music and festivities in the squares with the bagpipers.
