Christmas Markets in Rango
6, 7, 8, 13 e 20 December
from 10 am to 8 pm
The magic of Advent reaches Rango, a jewel of rural architecture in Bleggio Superiore, now included in the list of “The Most Beautiful Villages in Italy”. The lights come on and the air is filled with aromas announcing the Nativity in the narrow alleys, large passageways, woodpiles and small courtyards. The whole place is extremely attractive and inside the “volt”, the cellars with vaulted ceilings, you can find inspiring gifts ideas and discover traditional trades.
In the Osterie del Borgo you can enjoy genuine specialities and local dishes, or be tempted by the traditional sweetmeats, barley coffee and mulled wine, accompanied by the music of accordions and bagpipes. The festivity is also for children; stories and fairytales are narrated in the cellars, whilst jesters and strolling musicians fill the streets with rhymes and songs.
