The Spring appointment with the Province's winemakers, 23rd - 27th May - Trento, Palazzo Roccabruna
Set in one of the aristocratic buildings in town, which is also home to the Enoteca Provinciale (the Wine Promotion Board of Trentino), Palazzo Roccabruna becomes the meeting point between the public and the wines and grappa of the area.
From the 23rd - 25th May, Palazzo Roccabruna hosts the 77th Mostra Vini del Trentino (Trentino Wine Exhibition). From 5 - 10pm visitors can make themselves at home in the magnificent halls and gardens of this building, to sample the wines and grappa. Taste different types of wine and the best labels in production with a chance to learn more about the wines at meetings held in the training room. In the Barchessa restaurant, chefs from the Wine and flavours route will be preparing unique dishes to pair with local wines.
On Sunday the exhibitions expands to include local wineries with the Cantine Aperte (Open winery) event, for a chance to directly visit and get to know the wine producers of Trentino.
Monday 27th May is reserved for professionals/trade relating to the wine sector.
