From Villa Welsperg, after crossing the Torrente Canali, you walk along it through the fields of Cercenadura. From the La Ritonda restaurant you go up Val Pradidali (path 709), always accompanied by the sound of the torrent that is now more rapid. Near the former Malga Pradidali, you come to many clear water springs, where there is a superb view of the east face of Sass Maor, famous for the climbing routes on Manolo, Cima Canali and Campanile d'Ostio. The path continues comfortably in the forest, passing the Ostio field and the Prati Canali, to enter the pastureland of Malga Canali, which gives you a new view of the peaks. The dairy is an excellent and appreciated agritur. You now continue along the valley floor, first on an unpaved road and then on path 707 to the Rifugio Treviso in Val Canali. Often you can see many alpinists, climbing the walls above the refuge, on the beautiful rocks of the Dente, Punta della Disperazione, Pala del Rifugio or Sass d'Ortiga. Through the woods below the Pala della Madonna (path 718), you reach Pian de l'Oltro and, on the right, you go down the Troi dei Todesch to the valley floor and back to the point of departure.
