Val di Non: land of sport, nature and delicious traditions. A green plateau, perfect for family holidays and for those seeking simple and genuine hospitality

Situated in the heart of western Trentino, Val di Non is known all over Italy for its juicy apples and for its historical and cultural jewels: Castel Thun and the Santuary of S. Romedio. This enchanting green plateau offers all kinds of recreation for those who love sport. The Brenta Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage, and the Maddalene mountain chain are ideal for high altitude trekking. This year those who like pedalling will have many kilometres of cycle tracks at their disposal, including a brand-new one in Upper Val di Non, and mountain bike trails. The valley is full of deep canyons where you can venture on foot or in a kayak among crystal clear waterfalls, steep-sided gorges and narrow gullies. Every summer the local Tourist Information Office organises a rich calendar of activities for young guests and families called "Val di Non... alla Scoperta" (Discovering Val di Non) the motto of which is "Abbasso la Noia" (Down with Boredom). Much emphasis is placed on learning outdoor sports: weekly schools are organized for young bikers, beginner courses for rock climbing and horse riding and, for the more enterprising, also lessons to learn the first strokes with a real golf club! However, Val di Non offers not only sport, but also much more: gourmet lovers are spoilt for choice among the tasty apple-based lunches proposed by the agriturs situated in the countryside, traditional dinners served in one of the many mountain refuges, or irresistible snacks of milk and genuine cheeses that can be enjoyed in the cool mountain dairies ... in Val di Non it is always time for a delicious break along the walk!

Inter's Juniores team will be training this summer in Trentino, and precisely in Trento, from 5 to 14 August 2013.

Starting off the morning with a bracing hay bath, spending the day hiking in the mountains, before having a dip in an Alpine lake, and then discovering the history and culture of the city of the Council of Trento. Then, after the sun has set behind the Brenta massif, enjoying a good glass of wine among the most beautiful vineyards anywhere. No, it's not a dream. They're just a few of the opportunities offered by a holiday in Trento, on Monte Bondone, in Valle dei Laghi and at the Garniga Terme spa resort. A huge area in the heart of Trentino, and one of the most interesting and rewarding food & wine districts in Italy.

The young players of the Allievi Nazionali team will be training this summer in Trentino (Baslega di Pinè) from 3 to 13 August.

The Altopiano di Piné and the Valle di Cembra lie right in the heart of Trentino, between the Adige Valley, the beautiful town of Trento and the majestic Dolomites. With its verdant forests, lakes, and terraced vineyards, the area boasts a wide variety of natural environments as well as an extraordinary cultural landscape.
The area's cover-images are its two lakes, Lago di Serraia and Lago delle Piazze, nestling amid forested mountains on a peaceful plateau surrounded by small villages, the terraced vineyards of the Valle di Cembra and the small enclave of the Argentario Ecomuseum.
Added to all this are the historical towns and the area's religious heritage; the precious examples of Sacred Art and the Montagnaga and Segonzano shrines to the Madonna are well-known, popular destinations.
And there's no end of choice for sports enthusiasts: Baselga di Pinè has famously hosted various world speed skating championships and will host the upcoming Universiade 2013; it has one of Italy's major ice rinks as well as facilities for other sports, including archery, horse riding, mountain biking and Nordic walking. The mountains are perfect for walking, whether a hike up to the peaks or a more relaxing walk through alpine pastures. By contrast, the numerous villages of the Valle di Cembra are set against a backdrop of hills and vineyards.
Between the two areas is the nature park featuring the Segonzano Earth Pyramids, a particularly picturesque geological phenomenon that is well worth a visit.
We are delighted to announce our scheme "THE PERFECT WEEK" featuring a vast array of events and activities for all tastes and preferences. For 9 weeks from 1st July to 1st September 2013 from Monday to Sunday there will be a selection of events and activities to enable you to plan your holiday exactly as you want it. If you prefer to let someone else do the organising you can choose from our THEMED HOLIDAY PACKAGES: these may be centred around scheduled events or tailor-made for families, groups or individuals. Inter's Giovanissimi Nazionali team will be training in Spiazzo - Val Rendena from 20 to 27 August 2013.

Val Rendena: a journey through the "Green valley" in summer means outdoor sports and many wonderful opportunities to really live the mountains. The dazzling green of meadows and woods is the predominant colour in summer in Val Rendena. Natural landscapes at higher altitudes sweep down to man-made landscapes creating the backdrop to an forgettable holiday of sport, nature and culture, games and activities for children. Spiazzo Rendena, in the heart of the Valley, has lots of facilities for sports enthusiasts: a football pitch and public swimming pool, a new, ultra-modern sports centre, mini-golf, tennis courts and cycle paths. In the centre of town, the "Mostra museale della guerra bianca adamellina" (Exhibition on the White War in the Adamello) evokes the first world war battles fought on the snows of the Adamello through objects, words, sounds and images. From Spiazzo it's just a few minutes to Val di Borzago, gateway to the Adamello Brenta Nature Park, Trentino's largest protected area and home to the brown bear. A network of over 400 km of footpaths criss-cross the Valley, offering walkers a choice between easy routes at medium altitude and challenging hikes to some of the world's most renowned mountaineering areas. After a hard day's exercise, enjoy a relaxing or invigorating treatment in Val Rendena's spa, Fonte Sant'Antonio, in Caderzone Terme.

Inter's Giovanissimi Nazionali young players will be training this summer in Sant'Orsola from 19 to 26 August.

The Valle dei Mòcheni, generally perceived as a remote valley, is in fact very close to the most popular tourist resorts of Trentino: 20 km from Trento, 14 km from the Caldonazzo and Levico lakes, neighbouring Pergine Valsugana and at the head of the Lagorai range, bordering with Altopiano di Pinè and Valle di Fiemme. It is a splendid destination for hiking, biking or horse riding and offers excursions fit for all levels. The valley, which was once an important mining centre, also offers the opportunity to visit the "Gruab va Hardimbl" mine, an unmissable journey into the bowels of the earth. Equally important is the Pietra Viva (Living Stone) Museum, managed by the Pallaoro twins. Similarly, the Filzerhof, a typical rural house of Val dei Mòcheni built in the XIII century, and the Museum of Farm Equipment in Canezza, where tools of all the different craft and peasant trades of times past are displayed in various rooms, are certainly not to be missed. The accommodation facilities of the valley are simple yet reveal a quite varied offer, from small family-run hotels to remote mountain-huts, from modern farmhouse inns and B&Bs to classic holiday apartments. In addition, for those who love the mountains and hiking, there are also mountain huts at 2000 m in altitude. There are countless summer activities, from the "Microesperienze in valle dei Mòcheni - Bersntol lab" (Micro-experiences in Val dei Mòcheni) where the trades of past times are revealed, among others how to prepare syrups and homemade bread. But there are plenty of other events as well, such as mini cooking courses to learn how to make local dishes. Other picturesque events are the "Buongiorno al maso" (Good morning at the farmstead), the village fairs and the mini hikes with donkeys for children. The main event is on 18 August with the "Bersntol ring", a tour of the valley to discover its traditions, dishes, folklore and itineraries with 12 wine-and-food stops as well as cultural, musical and theatre events, in a 16 km-long course through mountain woods and meadows. From 23 to 25 August, the event "80 voglia di te" (1980's I love you) will take place: three days with music, cultural events, shows, debates, fashion and the trends of a decade that was of great consequence for European and global balances of power.
