Located at the foot of the Rava granite range, Bieno is Tesino's window on the Valsugana
Bieno overlooks the Valsugana but belongs to the Tesino basin. The town is located in a truly unique spot of the Trentino region, featuring breathtaking woods, mountains and Alpine lakes.
Bieno boasts deep roots in the wanderers' history and culture, and is famous for its expert stoneworkers, who used to dig granite from the Rava quarries. Tourists on healthy and relaxing holidays can enjoy wonderful hikes to the nearby Rava and Ravetta Mountain Range.
The age-old linden tree in Maso Weiss farm-house and the Pisson waterfall are also a must.
