Summer
San Lorenzo in Banale enjoys wonderful views over the Sarca valley.
At an altitude of 800 metres above sea level and just a few kilometres away from Lake Molveno, San Lorenzo in Banale is the ideal spot for oxygenation and relaxation as well as being one of the gateways to the Adamello Brenta Nature Park. The Park House - known as C'era una volta (Once upon a time) here - maintains the memory of farm life in the area.
The centre of the town is marked by its capitals and features the recently restored Casa Osei which dates back to the 18th century and houses a permanent ethnographic exhibition. Just like its neighbour Rango, San Lorenzo in Banale has also been included in the Touring Club list of the most beautiful towns in Italy.
From here, visitors can travel along an old road to reach the small villages of Moline and Deggia, which are framed by their wonderful landscapes.
A functional sports centre complete with a swimming pool and regulation-sized pitches as well as excellent accommodation facilities is also available for sports teams, particularly football and swimming.
Those who prefer walking can instead enjoy wonderful excursions in the Val d'Ambiez and the Brenta Range.
In winter, the nearest skiing districts are Andalo and Altopiano della Paganella, but Pinzolo and Madonna di Campiglio can be easily reached from here as well.

San Lorenzo in Banale can easily be reached from north and south via the Brennero state road 12 and the motorway A22 (exit Trento Center, toll gate 32km away) - state road 45/bis - state road SS 237 Brescia-Tormini to Terme di Comano - SS 421.
From east-west: motorway Milano-Venice (exit Brescia east) - state road SS 237 Brescia-Tormini.
From Riva del Garda: state road SS 421 Riva-Ballino.
