FROM THE WORLD OF TRENTODOC THE OENOLOGIST OF THE YEAR

"Gambero Rosso" has no doubt: Ruben Larentis is the wine epert of the year.

 

We are talking of the famous Trentino oenologist of the "Cantine Ferrari" wine cellar in Ravina (Trento) awarded two "3Bicchieri" (one with a plus) in the "Guida Vini d'Italia 2011" (Italian Wine Guide) whose professional expertise and creativity have been recognised with this prestigious title.

The Gambero Rosso award for Larentis is an achievement not only for the "Cantine Ferrari" but also for Trentodoc, Italian remuage.
Larentis is a shining example that to make such a product of excellence nothing can be left to chance and requires a perfect preparation and a long established experience.

Ruben Larentis is 50 years old, native to Garniga Terme and obtained his diploma at the Agricultural Institute of San Michele all'Adige. He has been working for the wine cellar since 1986.
