The historic charm of San Martino di Castrozza and Passo Rolle, set against the unmatchable natural backdrop of the Pale di San Martino Group, is complemented by the picturesque villages of the Primiero and Vanoi valleys and the traditional warm welcoming hospitality of a top-notch tourist resort.
Located in the southern section of the large Dolomiti Superski district, this ski area boasts over 60 km of slopes for Alpine skiing, toboggan runs, 30 km of cross-country skiing tracks and an equal number of nature fitness trails in breathtaking natural surroundings which, for over thirty years now, have been under the protection of the Paneveggio-Pale di San Martino Nature Park. The ski runs are of varying difficulty and so are suitable for beginners, but they can also arouse the enthusiasm of experts skiers. Well-groomed, they are served by snow-making facilities. There are also two snowparks, two ski schools, three equipped playgrounds in the snow for children at San Martino, skating rinks, sports facilities with gyms and indoor swimming pools, horse drawn sleighs, equipment rentals and a skibus service.
Other interesting attractions include a program of events, mountain refuges and farmhouses for a relaxing experience, excursions and après ski entertainment.
