Our knowledge and esperience of the local area and market will be valuable in helping you find the right home in the right position in our beautiful mountain village.
In the price of apartment are included the use of a furnished apartment, including kitchen equipment, pillows and blankets, all costs (agency, hot water, electricity, tourist tax, etc.) The apartments are not provided of tablecloths, towels and bed sheets. Towels and bed sheets can be rented from the agency, cost Euro 15,00 p/person
Not included car box (on request Euro 70,00 p/week) and TV (no SAT) Euro 25,00 p/week.
CANCELLATION: for cancellations made up to 4 weeks before the arrival, the advance payment will be considered as a deposit for a future reservation in the actual season; otherwise the deposit will not be repaid.
The balance and any further expenses are to be paid at arrival by cash or Credit cards. In case of delayed arrival or advanced departure will be charged the total amount for the whole period indicated in the booking.
Smoking in the apartments is absolutely forbidden.
